Know Me

For over 38 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of technology, strategy, and transformation.
I began my career deep in the trenches of management and IT consulting, working with global enterprises to solve hard problems — the kind where systems break, operations stall, and clarity is nowhere in sight.
I founded C Tech Solutions, LLC (dba Collier & Associates) in 1999, building it into a trusted partner for organizations navigating M&A, architecting business transformations, leading enterprise operating systems overhauls, and delivering large-scale digital initiatives.
But my story didn’t stop there.
Today, I am integrating AI engineering into the consulting work I have done for decades — enterprise transformation, ERP, data architecture, operating-model design, due diligence, and technology-enabled value creation.
My focus is helping organizations identify where AI can create real operating leverage, then designing practical, governed solutions that improve decision intelligence, reduce friction, and support measurable business outcomes.
Why I Do What I Do
I thrive in complexity.
Where others see legacy systems, fragmented data, or siloed teams, I see potential for convergence, clarity, and breakthrough performance.
Whether it’s using AI agents to augment executive decision-making or rebuilding a value engine from the ground up, I do what I do to empower leaders with real visibility and leverage.
Technology, when done right, doesn’t just support the business — it becomes the business.
And I’m here to make sure that transformation is intentional, well-governed, and deeply impactful.
How I Engage with Clients
My clients come to me when the stakes are high and the ambiguity is thick.
I don’t drop in with a deck and disappear. I embed. I partner. I co-create solutions that actually get deployed — in production, under load, with traceability and intelligence baked in.
I bring proprietary PARA™ intellectual property to each engagement, combining business architecture, risk analysis, and AI governance to help organizations design systems that are intelligent, measurable, governable, and trustworthy.
I lead cross-functional teams, build with urgency, and always align solutions to the one thing that matters: business outcomes.
My Passion
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for systems that serve people.
Yes, I’m an engineer. Yes, I’m a strategist. But I’m also someone who believes deeply that the right tools — applied in the right way — can unlock human potential.
I don’t build for show. I build for function, for insight, and for measurable impact.
A Bit About My Personal Life
I’m married and live in Prospect, Kentucky, after relocating in fall 2025 from my hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. I have two wonderful adult daughters, one of whom is married and the mother of my two young grandsons.
When I’m not strategizing with clients, leading whiteboard sessions, or mentoring teams, you’ll find me mountain biking, fly fishing on quiet rivers, or spending time with a great group of friends.
I’m here to do the best work of my life — and to help you do the same.
